Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement California
Citibank issued me a credit card that I did n't request and I have never had a banking relationship with Citibank or Citigroup. They said they purchased my information from -. I have only had a credit card with - through Costco. I have not been a Costco member since -/-/2015 at which time my association with - ended.
