Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result
TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc. Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Iowa
I have repeatedly disputed a chapter - bankruptcy on my credit report with TransUnion. Each time they have responded back that they verified the information. I have repeatedly asked for evidence to support their claim and their procedure on how the investigated it. They have failed to provide me with a copy of any viable evidence submitted by Iowa Federal Court in - -, substantiating their claims. After verifying with the Iowa Federal Court in - - that they did not supply any information to TransUnion, nor has TransUnion requested the information, I called TransUnion and spoke with their Dispute Center. The representative that I spoke with advised me that they did not verify the information with the Iowa Federal Court in - -. She stated they verified this information through -. I followed up with - and disputed the item with them. After their re-investigation, - removed it from my file which they maintain under my social security number. When I requested they re-investigate my dispute, I attached the documentation from - showing that they permanently removed the bankruptcy from my file for their review. I faxed the information and I mailed them a copy via certified mail. I believe they have been acting in bad faith, and have not complied with the Federal Trade Commission ( see 15 USC 41, et seq. ), TransUnion never marked my credit report as being disputed either.
