Citicards is giving me the runaround in crediting me for a transaction that it has already identified to be fraudulent. On -/-/2016 Citicards called me to report a suspicious transaction on my account resulting in termination of the card and issuance of a new card. Since then I have called Citicards to have removed a transaction from - that I never mad. I have spoke to over - representatives each time they misrepresent that it is not a problem and not to worry and that the transaction will be taken off in 3 to 4 business days.
