Experian Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Georgia
The State of Alabama HR has falsely reported the payment history, balance and subjected payment amount of my child support incorrectly to Experian. I have tried on numerous occasions to have this account removed due to it 's wrong reporting. The account continues to come back as a verified account, however I have proof that the information being reported is incorrect. I have been in the process of working with a realtor and I recently applied for a home loan. However, I was denied due to this account showing as a delinquent account most of -. My child support is automatically deducted from my check each week. The deduction is labeled as " Other Deduction 1 ''. The stubs in question are - -, -, -, - - and - -. This account has caused my credit scores to stay in a poor range. The falseness of this account is a violation of the FCRA " Willful Financial Discrimination ''. I sent a certified letter asking for validation and payment history on this account and I never received a response. I sent a letter asking for the account to be sent to my state of residence and still no response. According to Alabama Child support policy " Arrears is only reported if the account is in the arrears over $1000.00 '', which my account is not!
