Citibank Credit card department,
I am in the process of applying for a mortgage and a comment on my Citi Credit card states, " SUBSCRIBER REPORTS DISPUTE RESOLVED - CONSUMER DISAGREES ; CONSUMER DISPUTES AFTER RESOLUTION ''. After speaking with Citi, they have no disputes on record nor do they have any idea what this is in reference to. Since I am applying for an FHA, this is holding up my approval process. I have submitted this request to Citi via fax as well, and they stated it will take 30 days to look into this. Since I already put the offer in on my home, which was accepted, I do not have 30 days for resolution.
