Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee

Automobile acceptance company. I got - payments behind. Worked with collections to catch up. I time payments for a year prior to this issue. When I went to call for the - arranged payment, the third to catch up was going to be with my taxes ( and on their records I was only - days past due ), they refused my payment unless I paid in full. Refused it. If I paid it I would only be - days past due which is within - guidelines as paid as agreed. I demanded to have my payment taken and they refused again. I took down the address to send a payment butI know if they do not cash it payment would not be received. I am sending this by money order certified mail requiring a signature.
