I woke up to an email from Credit Care that an online payment was made for $500.00. Which i did not authorize and it will make EVERYTHING including my mortgage BOUNCE. I did not authorize the payment on -/-/2017 to CareCredit for $500.00 -/-/2017 - PAYMENT - Date Posted:-/-/2017 $ -. I called the Security Center at Member Benefits at - and spoke with -. She was not concerned with the UNAUTHORIZED charge and I heard a female voice listening and laughing. I asked to have my account closed so that I may go to - - - - as they are professional and take SECURITY seriously. She said that she could NOT do anything to assist me. I am now writing to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the - and The Federal Reserve to report - for not assisting with my SECURITY of my CHECKING ACCOUNT.
