I purchased the order number, - coast $44.00 from walmart.com on-line using my walmart master card end number - name on the card is - - -, on -/-/-, but since one on line site named - was getting from my credit card $ -, even i reporet dispute and froud to the credit card, so I closed the account on my request, but I asked the customer service representative to pay the balance, which is the amount of the oreder mentioned above, he told me to pay it in any walmart store, since he closed the account, on -/-/- i payed $44.00 by the order pay -, by my - - - - - vis card REF # -, I received statment from the credit card to pay a balance for the same order, which i payed already. I called - - and - - from walmartonline.com, to update my payment to master card, they gave me on phone master card representative - - or -?, who is asking me to take the responsibility to prove to him even he was contacted by walmart.com, and i told him i can mail to you the reset, or contact walmart to invistegate, but it was useless.there is no co-operation between the - branches at the same company. i would appreciate if you can help me to solve this problem and not to have my credit history affected, Iattached is my documents.
