Incorrect information on credit report account terms

Experian Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Account terms California

In -/-/- I owed a balance to - Bank in the amount of $790.00. I paid the balance TWICE by accident. Once by ACH and one with my debit card with - Bank. - Bank sent notification to - Bank and I was issued a refund check in the amount of $790.00 dated -/-/-. My account now has a - balance. I called - Bank to inquire about the status of my account and they said they would report the - Balance -/-/- as that is when my account status is reported and that my account was closed because it had been 60 days late in - and -, but not in - as they are reporting! I reported the error to Experian and report # - was sent to me with the notation " updated '' on my credit report. I received this information by mail on -/-/-.

but could not say what it was for. As I was holding to speak to a supervisor again, they logged me out of the online account. I was able to get a snapshot of my online account with - Bank of which I have attached. It clearly shows a ZERO balance. My Credit Report should say PAID with a - balance. I know its closed and that is fine. All documentation is attached. Thank you. - -, Ca. - ( - ) - -
