-/-/- Wells Fargo letter arrived " Congratulations, You 're getting an upgrade ''. If you do n't want to upgrade instructions were followed prior to the stated -/-/- date via - with a male customer service representative. with a disconnect between department transfers and extended hold time. An immediate follow-up yielded even less rewards due mainly to my now attitude. - follow-up same transfer between departments. Each transaction my desire not to upgrade presented. - same run around only now a lack of activation of new card would yield deactivation of old card and decline of purchase transaction as of -/-/-. - follow-up -/-/- yielded nothing. -/-/- follow-up and notification, Not activating card and questioned affects on credit standing, provided the response ie : card updated in - and ca n't be reversed, and did not know how my credit would be affected after noting long time customer might have an effect on the reporting. Also, could not provide anyone to respond to credit question. No reverse of upgrade or credit limit would be possible even after Four ( 4 ) request Not To Upgrade over a three ( 3 ) month period. Customer Received a Product They Did Not Request. Even after several denial request. Might Damage Credit Scores, and possible wife 's?
