Pentagon FCU Credit card department,
On - previous occasions such as this, - - has configured software logic into their banking system designed to force me into penalties and interest charges on a 0 % credit card offer by not allowing me to make a transfer or even pay my balance due. After many conversations over the phone I am told that a checking account balance must be resolved before this account may be brought current. These - have nothing to do with - another and should be considered fraudulent behavior by the CFPB.
