Citibank Credit card department,
I had a contract with - advertising for my - career. I cancelled the contract and followed the contract to the letter. Supervisors and everyone at Citibank that I had spoken with agreed that I followed the contract. However, they stated since - 2016 that they are still reviewing my case after - only gave me a partial refund. They shorted me some -+ dollars. I continue to ask the dispute supervisors at CITIBANK that since they agree that I followed the contract, why was my money being held captive. They stated something to the fact that they have to wait to hear from - about refunding my money. This is unacceptable and I have been charged interest fees and more.
