Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement New York

I live in NY. I received an e-receipt on -/-/16 that my Macy 's card was used for a purchase made in - -, -. I had the Macy 's card in my possession. As per Macy 's someone came in with my name on a Florida driver 's license and used the last - digits of my SS # to make a purchase. I filed fraud paper work with Macy 's and also a police report with the - - police. Still waiting for Macy 's to complete investigation. Also asked for info as to what they have discovered and they can not tell me. Recently I have fraudulent charges made with my debit card from someone in -. I want Macy 's to clear my charges and advise what, if anything they have discovered regarding this fraud. I am concerned that it may be someone in Macy 's. I would like answers from them. It is over 2 months.
