Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Alabama

Insurance and Banking agencies use Experian-generated questions to confirm identity. These questions are incorrect and they 've caused me to be locked out of my car insurance account ( a company I 've been with for 30 years ). I 've now spent -5 hours trying to resolve this but : 1. Experian has a phone tag system that leads to nowhere. 2. I 've tried to get my Credit Report to see if there 's an actual issue, but I 'm unable to. The " system '' informs me to call Experian- - etc, but ... see - above. These companies have far to much power and operate in such a haphazard way. My insurance company said they are receiving MANY calls from customers facing the same dilemma I am.
