On - -, 2016 I made a payment by wire Transfer to - - for - - - listed as New. After not receiving any email confirmation and seeing some posting online, I contacted my bank ( bank of America ) to cancel the wire transfer, case -, my bank then contacted - bank who refused to cancel the wire, just and after only contacting the seller. So the transaction proceeded and to my surprise I received two used switches packed in the same box. I called immediately and after heated exchange, got the authorization to return the items, which I did the same day by -. The seller then used many delay tactics to delay processing my refund. even though I did not received what i ordered, at some point I was even open to being charge restocking fee. It is now more 3 months after the initial transaction and the seller is yet to give me any refund. I believe at this point I am entitle to a full refund, and hope you can help get this issue resolve. I will join to this complaint all necessary documentation including email exchanges. I have contact the - and - you were unable to get a response from the seller - - ( - ). I feel at this point even his bank - if someone allowing the company to defraud customers by not responding to their complaint in a fairly fashion. And since I have contact the bank and not able to get the seller to corporate, that his Bank - should be held also responsible for the transaction.
