I have had a VA mortgage with Loandepot, a licensed CA company, since -/-/-. I have an impound account with over $ - in it, and pay $1000.00 per month just in taxes. I have - supplemental bills from the county assessor due -/-/-, totaling over $ -. Since -/-/-, Loandepot has made repeated misrepresentations to me about the escrow account, the amount of property taxes they have paid and will pay ( they have paid $2000.00 in -/-/- and will pay another $2000.00 in -/-/-. ) They will not pay the supplemental tax bills, and they will not release the money in my escrow account to me so that I can pay the bills.
