Synchrony Bank, which administers the QVC " Q '' Credit Card, payment website is set up to be deliberately misleading to consumers paying a bill. When you get to the payment page the first question is how much do you want to pay ( statement balance, current balance, minimum payment, or other ). I selected current balance. Below that, it asks for the payment posting date. When you select a date, the payment amount automatically reverts to the minimum payment - despite selecting to pay the statement in full. This is clearly a trick to get people to incur finance charges, which is what happened to me last month and I just saw it happen again today. I had to go back and edit the payment to select the full balance. Unless you check the payment afterwards you would n't know. It is a deceptive practice and cost me a finance charge. This is clearly unfair and deceptive.
