I have had a loan with Bridgecrest formerly - - Since -, and a lease prior to that. I got behind in my payments due to my husband being hospitalized. I was reached out to by Bridgecrest by - - ( I have emails attached ) stating that she could help me get back on track, and I needed to make a payment by the - of -. I emailed her back stating that would be wonderful and made the payment as directed. I received another email from - at Bridgecrest saying they had not heard from me and I owed a past due balance. I called Bridgecrest a total of 8x now for - - who said she would have the agreement finalized by today -/-/-. I reached out to her again a hour ago and was told she would call me back within ten minutes. I have done what was requested of me and now am getting the run around. I just wish that Bridgecrest would tell the same story twice and be accessible. This is the not the first time I have had issues with this company.
