After a female customer service representative spoke to my son and promised him that she would refund - bank related fees, she could n't complete the refunds because her individual Citibank computer unit was running very slow and after about 15 minutes of waiting, her computer system froze and that 's when she informed my son that she was going to have to reboot her computer system and she promised my son that she was definitely going to refund me - bank related fees, once her computer system was back up and running but she never completed what she promised. These - bank related errors ( computer system disfunction/glitch / broken promised refunds ) caused me not to receive the promised refund of - bank related fees. After calling back a few days later ( yesterday ), I was just refunded - of the - promised bank related fees by another male customer service representative. Then to add insult to injury the customer service department supervisor who spoke to my son refused to answer the following very simple question, which my son had to ask him endlessly, " Is it a bank related error when an individual Citibank computer unit


and/or glitch???? '' The supervisor endlessly and purposely refused to answer the very simple above referenced question. The supervisor 's refusal to answer the question is another bank related error. The supervisor also refused to correctly address, acknowledge and/or process the last promised bank related fee refund, due me. Furthermore, at one point, the supervisor was very unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, offensive and impolite towards my son. The supervisor purposely mimicked and spoke to my son with a - person 's voice ( very slow speaking tempo ), like if my son was a very slow speaking and understanding - person. Please have Citibank provide you with actual recorded conversation between the supervisor and my son ( Date : -/-/2017 - Time : sometime between - & - ).
