- University is charging me $3000.00 after I withdrew from their program, never completed even - course credit. I was told that I could easily withdraw from the program if it did not meet my needs without owing anything. I am paying on Student Loans that were dispersed to them to pay for the couple of months I was enrolled even though I was not participating and still they are wanting to collect this astronomical amount beyond what has already been paid.
