Citibank Credit card department,
I ordered $700.00 worth of gift cards from -. After contacting - 4 times, I received no response from - ( I was told someone would get back to me/never did ). Finally opened a dispute with Citibank since - would n't even talk to me and never delivered the merchandise. Citibank now sent me an enotice saying - said they delivered the cards and Citibank would uphold the $700.00 charge from -. - never delivered the cards. - sent me a tracking number - that even today shows no movement or delivery. I forwarded this email proof to Citibank but I still do n't see a permanent refund to my account. Apparently - just has to say they delivered even though I have proof otherwise. - 's own tracking number they provided in a customer service email shows no delivery was ever made as of - -. The cards were due on - - as - gifts. Obviously useless this late as I had to replace them. Citibank is not helping me at all and has found in - 's favor even though I have proof otherwise.
