Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score New York

Hi, I 've tried to see my credit score because I was denied of a credit card. There were certain questions I could n't answer, because I did n't have the correct answers to them. I 've put none of the above for all the loans they asked me about and I was informed that I was giving out the wrong information. I 've only took out a student loan. No car loans or mortgage loans. I think somebody has been using my information and now I ca n't even obtain my credit score. Can you please help me solve this so I can finally see my credit report.
