Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Texas

Ive contacted this company as well as - in my recent attempts on -/-/2016 NUMEROUS times over the past several months almost a year now to dispute this account. Ive requested for them to send me SIGNATURE verification that I signed for this proclaimed debt on NUMEROUS times only to receive a bill which does NOT prove this to be MY DEBT. This has went WAY past the - days limit to prove or delete and this company has done NEITHER even upon MANY MANY request from me for them to do so.
