Last year we requested deferment of 3 months, Wells Fargo is stating that we authorized one month which we are disputing. There was no communication sent detailing the deferment, terms or the fact it was $25.00 to process. We have been 2 months behind since then and are seeking assistance from Wells Fargo Dealer for help. I 've left messages with - from the Executive Office at - ext - with no response.
