Citibank Credit card department,
I closed a Citibank account and made sure there was no out- standing balance. But Citi did n't take enough to clear a late payment penalty, which should not have been charged, and then in the following month it charged a late fee on the late fee - in other words, a - % in - month penalty for a phantom bill.
