Amex Credit card department,
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about the AME- - Preferred Guest Credit Card. Seeing the pre-qualified offer that spending $3000.00 within the first 3 months I can get - Starpoints, I applied for this card -/-/2016 through the link online. I spent $3800.00 in the first 3 months, which is much more than what the offer requires but I never get the - Starpoints till now. ( Detailed statements for the first 3 months are attached. ) I reported my situation to AME- several months ago and tried to call the customer service tens of times but each time I got the same response that I need to wait for 6-8 weeks for reviewing without knowing the reason. I think I am definitely qualified for this offer and at least - AME- customer service representatives already confirmed that I am eligible to receive the points but they just do n't give me the points and let me wait. Therefore, I am hoping that AME- can give my Starpoints that I deserved ASAP. Thanks!
