Eastern Account System reported a debt from - - NJ Service on my - account. - had mistakenly sent the account to collections even though the equipment was returned. I resolved this with - and they said it would be removed from my report. It was n't. I then repeatedly contacted Eastern Account System and was repeatedly treated rudely on hung up on. They have still refused to remove the item.
