ARS Account Resolution Services has ignored my written letters now on 2 separate occasions. They keep sending me a letter stating they have confirmed the outstanding balance of $1400.00 but have failed to provide the proper physical documentation to validate the debt. - can not provide the original source document according to a phone call with them today. Also even though ARS may not be guilty of breaking federal law HIPAA the medical facility is because I do not have an recollection of signing a waiver stating they could share any of my personal information with anyone other than me. Unless they have this on file the information that they turned over to you is in violation of HIPAA. There are bylaws in place in both the FDCRA and the FCRA that states that if you are going to try to collect on a debt you must have on file the original source document showing my signature. Without it this service or debt can not be validated. Electronic Communication simply saying you have confirmed the debt is not compliant within the law. At this point since I have tried by writing twice now, I am going to ask that you


file compliants with all state and local agencies that you answer to as well as filing a compliant with the State Attorney Generals office asking for a full investigation into your collection practices. You as of this submission have 5 days to answer, comply and supply the proper notification that I have requested.
