Federal student loan Communication tactics Threatened to take legal action Michigan

This is the second time having an issue with this company on improperly stating or threatening me. I once again received a call from - who does n't seem to understand debt collection laws or how to do her job. She first stated she was calling to collect on the same debt I was already disputing. She stated she sent over a ledger from the school verifying the debt. I did state I received that but it still did n't make sense. - college is claiming they sent money back to the government from a student loan. I called - who is servicing the loan and they stated no money was returned and also send me over a ledger to show this. I explained all this to - who then stated " OK if this is how you want to handle it we will take care of you '' my response was did you just threaten me? her response was '' we will be sueing you '' first of all she is threatening to sue me for something they have yet to prove is valid and also breaking the fair debt collection law my threatening me.
