Unsolicited issuance of credit card Massachusetts
On - -, 2016 Synchrony Bank sent me a letter stating that my application for a credit card from - - had been denied ( see attachment ). Since I never applied for a credit card from - I responded to them stating the I had not applied and to notify the consumer reporting agency they used so as not to negatively affect my credit rating ( see attachment ). On - -, 2016 they sent me a letter explaining why my " application '' had been denied ( see attachment ). They never acknowledged that I did not apply for a credit card, nor notify the consumer reporting agency. I believe they have attempted to fraudulently seek to provide me with a credit card that I do n't want and never applied for.
