I took a car loan. Out with wells Fargo dealer srvs, in -, i I 've stoped getting statements from them in - still made payments then they charged me for insurance starring I had none I did have ins, in time I sent them my ins, info showing I had ins, try refused to accept charging me - for in ins, i pleaded with them nothing happens them in - of - I fshowed -.left on the loan in - of - they defaulted my loan showing I owed -.on it which is not true.called them several times to resolve this issue no results .sent letter to attorney General of Mn they sent letters four times no reply.they wells fargo, went and put on my credit report I defaulted on my loan I never missed a payment, they stopedreporting to the credit bureaus in - show I am not marking payments wi c h is false, aim still marking payments on this loan, they owe me money there not will I Mn g to accept there mistakes, I 've asked. For a audit on this loan they refuse.where can I get the help I need to stop this problem with wells Fargo Dealer seves, i feel there should be a law suit filled for there -
