Citibank Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Maryland
My account ending in - had fraud on it and I filed this complaint last time and a person from the bank names - got back, but she never did anything about it and she dropped contact. I tried calling and reaching her numerous times and even sent the information to her that she requested but she just disappeared.
