Citibank Credit card department,
- and Citibank opened an account for the - by Citi without my consent. They transitioned the balance from my - - card to that account without approval. I never received a card or a bill for the account. Then they began charging me with late fees and interest. I have contacted them and requested they credit all late fees and interest. They have agreed to credit - charges but would not credit the remaining $75.00 in charges. I have paid the charges for any purchases I have made but not the late fees and interest.
