Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
Wells Fargo had my APR rate set at 12 %. I made - late payment in -/-/2016, APR immediately jumped to 28 % & back charged based on 28 % rate as opposed to 12 %. Wells Fargo has a history of bilking clients ( fake accounts ). It looks like they are moving this practices of bilking clients by back charging APR. I have decided to close out my accounts with them as I no longer trust their employees and business practices.
