Incorrect information on credit report Account terms New York
I have disputed this account in the past because - told me they would update the account to show there is no 30-day lates base on the fact that those lates they are reporting on my account were not my fault. - agreed and sent out an update. - and - updated it. But Experian is the only one who refused to update the account. I attached a letterhead from - attention Experian letting them know this account should be updated and also they sent out a signal to all - reporting agencies to make sure it is updated. I attached letterhead from - and account information.
