Incorrect information on credit report Account terms New York

I file a dispute with - - account that are closed with - balance. Because this account has been settle years ago and still has a negative impact on my credit report. Because this is a 7 year old account and - agreed to remove these account off my credit report. Reference # -. I did file I new dispute with Experian but I know they do not update right away and they do not follow creditor request. So I am filing a complaint so it is recorded through this system. - mail out letterhead to me I should receive it within 7 business days and if it is not removed I am going to file a new complaint with it. I asking Experian to follow Creditor request. They are the one who reported it in the first place.
