Citibank Credit card department,
We have a Staple " more account '' for our Business and was reported incorrectly to the business credit reporting bureaus. Staples published a payment address of " - AZ - '' on our monthly statement which we referenced with our bank for bill payment checks. We sent a payment on -/-/2016 to Staples Credit Plan/CITI CARDS which was returned due to unable to identify account. We referenced all required information per our monthly statement. This resulted in our account to be reported as 30 days past due and was a bank error on Staples Credit Plan end. We should have never been reported 30 days past due and need this to be corrected. Attached is all of our documents showing when and where we sent the payments to. Thank you, -
