Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC New York

I have file two offer complaints with Experian for not updating or removing account base on letterhead from child support asking them to remove any delinquency and account is up today $0.00 balance. Compliant # 1 : - on -/-/-, Compliant # 2 : - On -/-/-. They remove delinquency but they still reporting a balance of $180.00. I file a complaint with - and they updated account right away - -/-/-. There was no need for me to take any further action with - they followed legal document sign and dated by Child support. Experian rather still report and remove what they feel like regardless what creditor who reported in the first place is asking to report or update with a letterhead. I also make a complaint with Attorney General, and - letting them know what my experience with Experian as been very disrespectful. I attached a copy of the why Experian is reporting my account after they clearly know and contact child support and still showing a balance of $180.00. I attached a new letterhead from child support with Supervisor Signature stating the account as - balance and do not report or remove any delinquency from this account. I attached - Compliant and Attorney General complaint that Experian has to legally respond too. I should not have to go through all of this if Experian follows Letterheads from Creditors. If they still feel the need to get more information from the creditor do n't do it at the consumer expense they have more to lose. 30 to 60 days should apply to account that has no proof from the consumer.
