-/-/2016 Bank of America credit card statement. As soon as monthly statement cut on -/-/2016, I electronically scheduled to pay the minimum payment as presented on statement. I did not know what the minimum payment would be until after the statement cut on -/-/2016. Bank of America applied this -/-/2016 payment ( posted -/-/2016 ) to the -/-/2016 statement even though they previously applied a -/-/2016 minimum payment to this statement and after the -/-/2016 statement was cut. Why would BofA apply a second minimum payment to a statement that had already been cut? Why tell me what the minimum payment is for next minimum due before they are ready to apply payment to appropriate statement??????? My conclusion - CEOs & CFOs lay awake at night scheming to rip off customers next day. This is a prime example. Even though they did credit late fee charge, now my new minimum payment due is $45.00 " past due payment '' plus current $44.00 for new payment due of $89.00. I have asked for a corrected statement to no avail, even though - customer service reps including a supervisor told me one would be sent. Preposterous. And banks do not understand " lack of trust '' in financial institutions. I feel like the bank has committed fraud against me even though I had to talk to their fraud department to get the " late fee charge '' reversed. How can it be that BofA can tell me what the minimum payment is before BofA can apply an online payment for that minimum payment due?????????????????????????????????
