Hello. Back in 2013 I visited the - - - -. I have insurance, but the hospital never ran my insurance and they sent my account to collections ( Senex Services ). I received a letter from the collections company and paid the bill in full immediately. At the time I made my payment, I was told by the representative that the insurance was not an option at that point and I was responsible for making the payment and that was the only way to get the bill out of collections and off my credit report. I paid the bill in full at that time. The representative said the derogatory remark would be removed and my account would be noted in full detail as to why I was even sent to collections in the first place. They never removed the account. I have called three times to talk to a supervisor and was told they would remove the account but that has still not happened. This account is not legitimate and should be removed from my reports immediately. I was told by the rep who took my payment that by me paying directly to Senex and not through the insurance, that this would be removed from my credit report. I was told a lie. I expect this record to be removed immediately.
