Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
When I applied for - Credit Card, in amount of $300.00. to re build my credit and with Care Credit for dental work ( only owed - at this time ) I paid for the insurance in the event I lost my job it would be covered. Well I lost my job and both these company s said I canceled the insurance month prior to me losings my employment. I never canceled this insurance and if I wanted to I would have had to put it in write per, - Credit Cards and Care Credit own policy 's. So I told them both to show me where I put in writing to cancel the insurance? Neither never could, did not respond to me and sent it on to collections. This was in -/-/2012 I lost my job however this is not first time I have tried to resolve this issue. I am not at home and do not have documents with me at this time but I will get them copy and send or emial asap. Also I see I can only add one Credit Card company at time at end so I will do two of these.
