Throughout my professional relationship with Wells Fargo, I have been completely taken advantage of and insulted every step of the way. - years ago I was bullied and tricked into getting a credit card with Wells Fargo that was disguised as a rewards card. Throughout that time I had been accumulating late fees and interest that has now totaled close to - dollars. I had been making small minimum payments to take care of the roughly - dollars I had actually spent on the card, but it was accumulating too quickly to keep up. I was unaware from the beginning that interest would be involved in my account, as the salesman used aggressive and unheard of sales tactics that proceeded further after I originally said no. I also had a debit card with Wells Fargo that I cancelled due to terrible customer service on multiple accounts of fraudulent activity on my account that were improperly dealt with. Wells Fargo has tried to contact me to resolve the debt on the " rewards card '' and offered me a settlement of - dollars. When I refused with the wish to not pay any late fees or interest fees, they escalated me


apologized '' for it before insulting me with their resolution offer. I have been continuously disappointed with their services and tactics and wish to join - of the many lawsuits against this horrendous excuse for a company. - - " resolution expert '' is the guy I spoke too who told me that I am not eligible for the audit regarding fake accounts. I am interested in learning more information about where I can go with this. I have sent him an email requesting all alleged signed documents where I spent money on the card as well as a copy of the original agreement. Please let me know how I may proceed. Thank you -
