Incorrect information on credit report Account terms California

This credit reporting bureau is reporting incorrect information under a - credit card that was closed many years ago. There is a very old credit card still displayed on my credit file which is showing - - day late payments. - late is displayed in -/-/- and the other is displayed in -/-/- I wrote a letter asking Experian to completely delete this account and I have not received a response and this account continues to display incorrect information that can not even be verified. I called -/-/- and was informed by them that these late were not verifiable and no longer on record an that the bureaus will remove the account completely. But they have yet to do this. I am suffering financially because of these false reporting and this falsely delinquent account.
