Merrill Lynch sold my loan to Bank of America. Bank of America calculates the interest on the loan differently than Merrill Lynch did. The Bank of America calculation is always either the same or higher. I contacted Bank of America and was told that they are aware of the difference but will not be calculating the interest the way Merrill Lynch did. Bank of America told me that I am not the only - with this issue.
