Wells Fargo, -, - and - have a disconnect that results in a severe bias in all - of my credit histories. The bureaus show no record of an existing WF Home Equity Line of Credit on my home. There is therefore no record of my timely payments. The lack of this record of timely payment of mortgage debt obligation severely depresses by credit score and unfairly interferes with my ability to refinance my home by creating a higher interest rate. I filed for CH - bankruptcy in -/-/-. During the bankruptcy period, the reporting of this debt stopped. This I believe is in accordance with federal law. No problem. I completed this bankruptcy early .... discharged - The reporting of this debt should have resumed at that time ; the recording of that debt should have also resumed at that time.


I have attempted twice, direct to each of the bureaus, to have this matter corrected. I received varied responses but ... ... .the mortgage and history do not show on any credit report. First my credit ratings are penalized for having filed CH - ... ... that is a public record derogatory that depresses my credit rating. Understandable and fair. But to deny me the benefit of my timely HELOC payments since my bankruptcy is unacceptable! Wells Fargo states they can not report my account since " it was discharged in bankruptcy ''. The payment to WF through the bankruptcy trustee was terminated when the bankruptcy was discharged. The loan was not discharged in bankruptcy. Proof : I still receive and pay a monthly invoice for this account that goes unreported. If a collusive practice among banks to also not report post-bankruptcy mortgages, this ( if not ) should be illegal. I make this statement as I 've had similar problem with -. ] I simply want my credit histories corrected.
