we have an auto loan with wells fargo dealer services. we had gotten behind on payments. we believe it was only 1-2 payments. we have asked for statements showing every payment, and all of the fees that have been assessed to the account. we have now found that they are still placing force placed insurance ( we have always covered the vehicle with full coverage ins ). We have provided proof of insurance numerous times. with the most recent this last week. and we provided in - as well. it is a very frustrating time consuming endeavor we have taken on with these people. We want to have all the force placed insurance taken care of and any other fees that should not have been assessed.
