Experian Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Florida

my personal information was used to obtain - platinum card, the card was never issued. I contacted both - as well as Experian credit reporting agency to delete the credit inquiery from my Experian file but so far nothing has been done, I also forwarded Experian with the police report but no action has been taken by Experian to remove the inquiery from my credit file.
