This is my second complaint on the same matter.- I liquidated funds and would like to pay this balance that was initially rejected for insufficient funds, but I can not do so. The bank 's system will not allow it! I have to wait for them to resubmit it 3 times ( which means - fees from the credit card issuer AND my bank ) before it shows up again as an owed balance. I have chatted and called with no satisfaction. Initially, prior to the first fees charged, I was told by " - '' in - that they would correct it on their end by pulling back the payment and reposting the unpaid amount. When I saw this did n't happen, I called again and was told this was wrong, they could not do it. Every customer service person I speak to or chat with has a different story. It 's simply set up to generate fees for them. They should not be allowed to do this. They should not be allowed to NOT let you make a direct payment to stop this crazy process.
