I signed up for a Barclaycard credit card with a promotional offer of - % interest for - months on purchases and balance transfers. I did a balance transfer when I opened the account, on my first statement I noticed I was being charged - % interest rate. I called on -/-/- and spoke to a representative and got a case # -, they took my information and told me my account would be adjusted to - % interest for - months and credited for interest accrued. Follow up emails to Barclaycard have replied back with conflicting information regarding my case and when it was started, with no resolution or date to resolve of this issue.
