Citibank Credit card department,
I had a Brooks Brothers credit card through - account # -. In 2016 Brooks Brothers changed banks to Citibank. Citibank then changed my account number to - without my knowledge. I continues making payments under the old account number to -. - forward my payment to Citibank. but Citibank has refused to give me credit for the payments made. I have provided Citibank with multiply proof of payments but Citibank claims that the documentation is not adequate. The documentation provide came directly from - with photo copies of the front and back of the cancelled check which was endorsed by Citibank. Citibank appears to be incompetent and continue to harass me threatening to make false reports to credit agencies in a effort to force me to double play. Please help
